How long does a repair take?

Most scuba repairs are started immediately when we receive the gear. Unless there is a severe issue, all repairs are usually done within 7 business days.  Feel free to call, email, or chat with us to see how long your particular issue will take to fix.

I bought scuba gear from Stone Sports, how do I get free repairs?

​

In order to qualify for free scuba gear service, you must:

- Buy your scuba gear from Stone Sports

- Register your product with the manufacturer (Atomic, AquaLung, TUSA, etc). If you need help with this, contact us and we will guide you through the process.

Follow the instructions at the top of the page when sending in your gear, but also include proof of purchase (receipt, invoice) in the box.

​

You may receive free service for 5 years from the date of purchase.  We will follow all manufacturer specific guidelines while repairing your gear, be it a TUSA BCD or Atomic regulator.

I bought my scuba gear somewhere else, can you still repair it?

​

Yes, but you will have to pay for service and labor.  All pricing is available here.  Return shipping is free.
