Classes for Ages 6 to 36 Months

This program promotes water readiness for children while at the same time providing parents with the necessary information to be confident in an aquatic environment.

Prerequisites:

None

Syllabus:

Built for swimmers 6 months to 36 months old to be accompanied with a parent or guardian in the water. This course focus on safety in and around the water by teaching children proper entry/exit techniques, floating, and kicking skills, while introducing parents to safety considerations and rescue concepts. 

Course Goals:

This program sets to train baby so that they can move through the water, while maintaining breathing, swim to the pool wall, and pull themselves out. Parents will learn prevention strategies and proper rescue techniques.
