What is Adaptive Water Fitness?
Adaptive Water Fitness is a high calorie burning, all-ages exercise class. Our program uses the water's natural resistance against your movements, which results in a higher workout intensity compared to land exercises. You can burn up to twice as many calories than you will on land given the same duration and intensity. In addition, the water buoyancy lowers the risk of stress related injuries that regular exercise can have.
